lightteam.shop — Full Site Copy & Funnel Framework
Draft copy for a LifeWave Brand Partner site (Australia). Everything here is editable — treat it as a starting draft, not a finished product. Read the compliance section at the end before you publish any of it.
Part 1 — The funnel logic
Before the words, the shape. A funnel is just a sequence of small yeses, each one slightly bigger than the last. Most amateur health sites ask for the big yes on page one and lose everyone.
The five stages, and what each page has to achieve:
StageVisitor's private questionPageThe only job of that page1. Arrival"What is this, and is it for people like me?"HomeEarn 30 more seconds2. Understanding"How does it actually work? Is this nonsense?"How It WorksMake it make sense3. Trust"Who's behind it? Have they been around?"About LifeWaveRemove "fly-by-night" fear4. Fit"Would it work for me, specifically?"Is This For You / FAQLet them self-select5. Action"Alright — how do I start, and what's my risk?"Get StartedMake the first step small and safe
The two exits you must always offer. A good funnel has a fast lane and a slow lane. Fast lane: buy now. Slow lane: talk to a human, or get something free by email. Roughly 3% of visitors are ready to buy today. If your site only has a Buy button, you lose the other 97% permanently. The slow lane is where your actual business is.
On emotion. You're right that people move on feeling. But there are two ways to use that, and they produce very different businesses.
The manipulative version amplifies fear — are you tired all the time? is your body ageing faster than it should? — and then sells relief. It converts well and it builds a customer base that resents you.
The honest version does something quieter: it recognises a feeling the person already has, without inflaming it, and gives them a clear path. Not "your body is failing you," but "you remember what you felt like at 40, and you'd like some of that back." Same emotion. No manufactured alarm. It converts a little slower and the people who come through stay.
The copy below is written the second way. That's a choice, and if you want it dialled harder in places you can — but I'd keep the fear turned all the way off. In health, alarm-based advertising is also the thing most likely to attract a regulator's attention.

Part 3 — Page copy
PAGE 1 — HOME
Hero headline:
Feel like yourself again.
Sub-headline:
LifeWave patches use light — not drugs, not chemicals entering your body — to support your body's own energy and wellbeing. Worn on the skin. Twelve hours a day. That's the whole routine.
Primary button: See how it works Secondary link: Or talk to someone first →
(Note: the secondary link matters more than it looks. It catches the cautious person who would otherwise close the tab.)
Section 2 — The recognition
Heading: You know the difference between getting through the day and enjoying it
Somewhere along the way, most of us quietly lowered the bar. We stopped expecting to wake up rested. We started planning around our energy instead of just having it. We call it "getting older" and we get on with things.
It's not dramatic. Nobody's in crisis. It's just... less.
LifeWave isn't a cure for anything, and this site won't pretend otherwise. What it is: a simple, non-invasive wellness technology that a lot of people — including me — have made part of their daily routine, and kept using.
Section 3 — Three-column: what makes it different
Nothing enters your body The patch is non-transdermal. No drug, no chemical, no ingredient crosses your skin. It works by reflecting a specific range of light back into the body.
It takes ten seconds a day Apply in the morning to clean, dry skin. Wear up to twelve hours. Remove. There's no regimen to remember, nothing to swallow, nothing to schedule.
It's not new LifeWave has been operating since 2004, across more than 100 countries. This isn't a product that appeared last year with a slick ad campaign.
Section 4 — The honest bit (this section is your single biggest trust asset — do not cut it)
Heading: What I'm not going to tell you
I'm not going to tell you this cures anything. It doesn't, and anyone who says otherwise is either uninformed or selling hard.
I'm not going to show you before-and-after photos or dramatic stories. Australian advertising rules are strict about that for good reason, and frankly the strong claims are the reason this whole category has a credibility problem.
What I'll tell you is this: it's a general wellness product, it's used by a lot of people worldwide, it's backed by a money-back guarantee, and the only way to know whether it does anything for you is to try it for long enough to find out.
If that sounds reasonable, keep reading. If you were hoping for miracles, I'd rather you found that out now.

PAGE 2 — HOW IT WORKS
Headline: Light, skin, and a very old idea
Opening: The simplest way to understand a LifeWave patch: it's a mirror, tuned to a particular kind of light.
Your body emits heat — infrared light — constantly. Each patch contains a blend of organic materials, sealed inside, that reflect a specific narrow band of that light back into the skin at the point where the patch sits. Nothing is released. Nothing is absorbed. If you cut a patch open you'd find no drug, because there isn't one.
This category has a name: photobiomodulation — the study of how specific wavelengths of light interact with living tissue. It's a real and active field of research. Red-light therapy panels, the kind now common in clinics and gyms, sit in the same family. LifeWave's approach is to do it passively, using your own body heat as the light source instead of a powered device.
Sub-heading: Why the skin, and why those spots
The placement points LifeWave recommends aren't arbitrary — they correspond to points used in acupuncture and acupressure, traditions with a very long history of working with specific locations on the body. You don't need to believe anything in particular about meridians for the product to be worth trying. But it explains why the instructions specify where, not just that.
Sub-heading: What "systemic" means here
The patch sits in one place. The idea isn't that it treats that spot — it's that light stimulation at that point has a whole-body effect rather than a local one. That's the meaning of systemic: general, not targeted.
Sub-heading: Being straight with you about the evidence
LifeWave publishes research on its products, and photobiomodulation as a broader field has a genuine and growing scientific literature. What I'd encourage you to do — and I mean this — is look at it yourself rather than take a distributor's word for it. Search "photobiomodulation" on PubMed. Read LifeWave's published studies on their corporate site. Form your own view.
I'd rather have customers who checked than customers who were convinced.

PAGE 3 — THE PATCHES
Headline: One range, different jobs
Intro: LifeWave makes a family of patches. They share the same underlying technology — light reflection, nothing entering the body — but use different material blends, aimed at different aspects of wellbeing. Most people start with one and add from there, if they add at all.
X39 — the flagship The product most people begin with, and the one LifeWave is best known for. Positioned around overall vitality and whole-body wellness. If you're only going to try one thing, try this one, and give it a proper run.
The supporting range [Wayde — fill this in from LifeWave's current Australian catalogue. Use their own product descriptions as your source, and keep the wording within what the company itself says. Don't upgrade their language.]
Energy / stamina support
Sleep and rest
Skin appearance
Comfort and mobility
Appetite and metabolic support
How to use them: Apply to clean, dry skin in the morning. Wear for up to twelve hours, then remove and discard — patches are single-use. Stay well hydrated while using them.
Important, and please read it: For external use only. Don't use on wounds or damaged skin. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not intended for children. If you have a health condition or take medication, speak with your doctor before starting. Remove immediately if you notice irritation or discomfort.
Sub-heading: How long before I know?
Honest answer: it varies enormously, and some people notice nothing. LifeWave's guarantee period exists precisely because this needs a fair trial rather than a three-day experiment. Give it consistent daily use across the full guarantee window. If it isn't doing anything for you by then, send it back — that's what the guarantee is for, and I won't make it awkward.
PAGE 4 — ABOUT LIFEWAVE
Headline: Twenty years, and still here
Copy: LifeWave was founded in 2004 by David Schmidt, an inventor whose original work in this area was developed for applications requiring improved physical performance without anything being ingested. The patch technology grew out of that.
The company is headquartered in the United States and operates in more than 100 countries. X39, its best-known product, launched in 2018.
Two things worth knowing, stated plainly:
It's a direct sales company. Products are sold through independent Brand Partners — people like me — rather than through pharmacies or retail. That means you're buying from an individual, not a shopfront. I think you should know that up front rather than discover it later.
It's a wellness company, not a pharmaceutical one. LifeWave's products are positioned as general wellness products. They are not medicines and are not presented as treatments for any condition. The company's own product language is careful about this, and so is mine.
Sub-heading: Why I looked into it at all
[Wayde — your own paragraph here. Keep it plain and specific. What made you take it seriously enough to investigate? Not a testimonial about results — under Australian rules you can't use your own experience as a testimonial because you're a direct seller. But you can absolutely say what drew your professional interest: the mechanism, the non-invasiveness, the company's longevity, the guarantee.]
PAGE 5 — IS THIS FOR YOU?
Headline: Probably yes, possibly no
(This page is counterintuitive and it works. Telling people who it isn't for makes the people it IS for trust you enormously.)
This is likely a reasonable fit if:
You're generally well and would like to feel better than "fine"
You prefer non-invasive approaches and dislike adding pills to your day
You're willing to be consistent for a couple of months before judging
You're comfortable trying something and deciding for yourself
This is probably not for you if:
You're looking for treatment for a diagnosed medical condition — see your doctor, and please don't delay that on account of anything you read here
You're pregnant or breastfeeding
You want guaranteed results — nobody can offer you that honestly
You need it to be cheap; it isn't, and I won't pretend otherwise
You'll try it for four days and give up
If you're unsure, ask me. I'd genuinely rather talk you out of it than sell you something that sits in a drawer.
PAGE 6 — GET STARTED
Headline: Three ways in. Start wherever you're comfortable.
(Three tiers, cheapest commitment first. Never lead with the biggest.)
1 — Just try it Retail purchase. One order, no commitment, nothing recurring. The most expensive per-patch option, and the easiest to walk away from. Covered by LifeWave's 90-day money-back guarantee. → Order at retail
2 — Preferred Customer (most people choose this) A monthly subscription at a lower price per patch. You can pause, change or cancel it. This is the sensible option if you've decided to give it a fair run, because a fair run means a few months. Also covered by the 90-day guarantee. → Become a Preferred Customer
3 — Brand Partner For people who want to use the products and build something. Wholesale pricing, plus the ability to refer others and earn. This isn't for everyone and I won't push it — but if you're curious, let's talk properly first. Please read the income disclosure before you decide. → Talk to me about this
Sub-heading: About the guarantee
LifeWave offers a 90-day money-back guarantee for retail and Preferred Customers, and 30 days for Brand Partners. Verify the current terms on the LifeWave site before you order — they're the ones honouring it, not me.
I mention it because it changes the question you're actually deciding. You're not deciding "does this work?" You're deciding "is this worth ninety days of my attention, given I can get my money back?" That's a much smaller question.
Sub-heading: What happens after you order
You order through the LifeWave site using my Brand Partner link, and LifeWave ships directly to you.
I'll send you a short guide on placement, timing and what to pay attention to.
I'll check in around week two and again at week six — not to sell you anything further, but because most people who give up, give up early and for fixable reasons.
If you decide it's not for you, tell me, and I'll walk you through the refund.
PAGE 7 — FAQ
(Ordered deliberately: scepticism → mechanism → self-doubt → money → logistics → risk. This is the sequence objections actually arrive in.)
Is this one of those MLM things? LifeWave is a direct sales company, yes, and I'm an independent Brand Partner who earns a commission when someone orders through my link. You should factor that in when reading anything I write. I'd rather say it on page one than have you find it out on page five.
Is there actual science behind this, or is it wishful thinking? Photobiomodulation — light interacting with living tissue — is a real and researched field, and there's a substantial published literature on it generally. What I'd encourage is that you look at the research on LifeWave's own products directly and judge for yourself. Don't take a distributor's summary, including mine.
Does something go into my body? No. The patches are non-transdermal. Nothing is released through the skin. They contain a sealed blend of organic materials that reflect specific wavelengths of light.
What can I expect to happen? That depends on the person, and some people notice nothing at all. I'm not able to tell you it will do any specific thing for you — nobody honestly can, and Australian advertising rules on health products are strict about exactly this. What I can tell you is to use it daily, consistently, for the length of the guarantee period, and then make your own judgement.
Can I use it alongside my medication? Ask your doctor. Nothing enters your body, which is why many people find it straightforward to fit alongside other things — but I'm not a health professional and that conversation belongs with someone who knows your history.
Is it expensive? More than a supplement, less than most clinic-based therapies. Exact pricing is on the LifeWave order page. The subscription option brings the per-patch cost down meaningfully if you're committing to a proper trial.
Do I have to sell anything? No. Most customers are just customers. The Brand Partner option exists if you want it and I'm happy to explain it, but nobody gets pushed there.
How do I order, and who do I deal with? You order directly through LifeWave using my link — LifeWave handles payment, shipping and your account. I'm your point of contact for questions and support.
What if it doesn't work for me? Then you use the guarantee. 90 days for retail and Preferred Customers, 30 for Brand Partners — confirm current terms on the LifeWave site. I'd rather refund you than have you feel stuck.
PAGE 8 — CONTACT
Headline: Ask me anything
Copy: No script, no pitch, no pressure. If you want to know how it works, whether it makes sense for your situation, or what I actually think — ask.
If it turns out this isn't right for you, I'll say so. I'm not short of people to talk to, and a customer who shouldn't have bought is worse than no customer.
Form fields: Name · Email · Phone (optional) · What would you like to know? Button: Send Below form: I usually reply within a day. Based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Part 4 — Email follow-up sequence
For anyone who gives you their email but doesn't order. Five emails over two weeks. Value first, ask last.
1 — immediately. Deliver what you promised (a short plain-English explainer). No selling. One line at the end: reply to this if anything's unclear.
2 — day 3. How the technology actually works, in more depth than the website. Position it as education. Ask nothing.
3 — day 6. "The three questions I get asked most." Handle scepticism head-on, including the MLM question. Soft link to Get Started.
4 — day 10. What a realistic first 90 days looks like — including the possibility that it does nothing for them. This email builds more trust than any other in the sequence.
5 — day 14. A direct, brief offer. "I've sent you a fair bit. If you want to try it, here's how. If not, that's genuinely fine — reply STOP and I'll leave you alone."
Then actually leave them alone. The people who come back six months later are worth more than the ones you harassed into buying.
Part 5 — Language: what to use, what to avoid
This table is the single most practically useful thing in this document. In Australia, the difference between the left and right columns is the difference between a business and a compliance problem.
Don't writeWrite insteadheals, cures, treats, fixessupports, part of a wellness routinereverses ageinggeneral wellbeing, vitalityclinically proven to...research in this field is ongoing; here's where to read iteliminates pain / reduced my pain(omit entirely — pain claims are high-risk)anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting(omit — these are therapeutic claims)"I had amazing results"(you're a direct seller — you cannot make testimonials)stem cells, regeneration(avoid unless LifeWave's Australian-approved material uses it, and then quote them, don't paraphrase upward)4.2 wellness experiences per person across 3,000 testimonies(do not publish — see below)doctors recommend(health practitioner endorsements are prohibited)limited time! only 3 left!(false scarcity on a health product destroys trust and invites scrutiny)
Mandatory footer disclaimer:
LifeWave products are general wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information on this site is general in nature and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional about your individual circumstances, and do not delay seeking medical advice because of anything you have read here. [Your name] is an independent LifeWave Brand Partner and earns a commission on product purchased through this site.
Part 6 — Compliance: read this before publishing
I want to be direct with you, because this affects the design of the whole site.
1. Your 3,000 testimonies cannot go on the website. The Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code prohibits testimonials from people "engaged in the marketing or supply" of the goods — and the Code specifically names direct sellers. That covers you, and it covers your team, since they receive commission. Genuine unpaid customer testimonials are permitted in principle, but every one must also comply with the rest of the Code, meaning no disease claims, no mention of serious conditions. In practice, a page built on healing stories is not publishable in Australia. Your research is genuinely interesting as personal conviction. It is not usable as advertising.
2. Check what's actually on the ARTG. LifeWave Inc has held ARTG entries in Australia as "Acupuncture unit, home use" (Class 1 medical device), and at least one of those was cancelled at the sponsor's own request in mid-2024. Before you advertise anything with a therapeutic claim attached, confirm what is currently registered and by whom. Goods that aren't on the ARTG generally can't be lawfully supplied here unless exempt, and advertising unregistered therapeutic goods is a serious matter.
3. Note how LifeWave's own copy is written. Read their product pages closely: "supports the flow of natural energy," "general wellness," "encourage and support whole-body wellness." That language is careful and deliberate. If your site is more enthusiastic than the manufacturer's, you've gone too far — and the liability lands on you as the advertiser, not on them.
4. Get it checked. A lawyer who works in therapeutic goods advertising will review a small site for a few hundred dollars. That's cheap next to a TGA infringement notice. I've given you the principles; I'm not a lawyer and I can't give you legal advice.
None of this makes your site weaker. The restraint is the differentiator. Every competing distributor site is stuffed with breathless claims that intelligent, sceptical, well-off buyers — the exact people you want — immediately discount. A calm, honest, obviously-compliant site stands out precisely because nobody else is building one.
Part 7 — Pros and cons of the funnel approach
Working for you:
Educates while you sleep, so referrals arrive informed rather than cold
Makes you look like a business rather than a person with a link
Lets people self-qualify — you spend your time on the interested ones
Builds an email list, which is the only asset here you actually own
Working against you:
A funnel with no traffic is a beautifully furnished empty shop. Building it is maybe 20% of the work; getting people to it is the other 80%.
Direct sales has a credibility problem you inherit whether you deserve it or not. Transparency is the only real antidote, which is why it's threaded through every page above.
Compliance risk sits with you, personally, as the advertiser.
LifeWave may have its own rules about what Brand Partners can publish — check your agreement before you launch, because breaching it can cost you your position.
The honest strategic read: your site's job isn't to convert strangers. It's to make warm referrals feel safe. Someone hears about this from you at a barbecue, looks you up at 11pm, and either thinks "this is a real operation" or "this is a bloke with a link." That's the entire job. Build for that person, not for Google.
